- Come prepared. Complete our new patient forms online, and bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of medications and any recent X-rays.
- Meet Dr. Morelli. He’ll review your health history, complete a thorough periodontal exam and, when needed, take 3D images of your teeth and jawbone.
- Leave with a plan. You’ll get a personalized treatment plan, a cost estimate, and your insurance, membership and financing options. There’s no pressure to decide that day.
